How Are Orders Shipped?

Orders are shipped from our Listowel, Ontario, Canada location. Orders may also be picked up at this location.

For shipping within Canada, a physical street address (or building identifier or 911 emergency locator in rural areas) must be provided; delivery to post office boxes is not available. Within Canada, shipping via Canada Post is available to post office boxes and postal designations (e.g., rural route, general delivery).

Service may only be available to selected cities and/or addresses (in particular, delivery to post office boxes is not available). A surcharge may apply for deliveries to remote rural addresses. Remote area exceptions include but are not limited to:

What if I am not home to receive the shipment?

If no one is available to accept delivery when delivery is first attempted, attempts will be made to reach you at least one more time,  following which the shipment will be returned to us.

You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address information (including any necessary security access codes/buzzer numbers) to ensure that your order can be delivered. If the delivery address provided is incorrect or can not be located, the delivery service will attempt to contact the recipient via telephone and/or mail so as to effect delivery of the shipment; Canada Post will return the shipment to us without attempting any correction. Charges levied by the carrier for address correction, redirection, or return of your order are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be charged back to you. An additional shipping fee will apply for reshipment of the order.

When Is Your Order Shipped?

Orders consisting entirely of items within stock availability are generally shipped within 5 business days. Our shipping department is closed on all statutory holidays:

Shipping and handling charges are added to all orders, except those which are to be picked up at our retail store. The shipping and handling charge consists of a base charge plus an additional charge for each kilogram of weight (the greater of the actual weight and the dimensional weight of the shipment). If the value of the products you have ordered is more than $100.00, there may be an additional charge for insurance for each additional $100.00 of value.
