A single-origin Nicaraguan coffee with tasting notes of milk chocolate, nuts, and caramel, and a creamy, full body. Its exceptionally high Brix score brings out super chocolaty sweetness in every cup. Perfect for both espresso and filter brewing.

This coffee is from a single farm in Nicaragua. The farmer, Don Antonio, that grows this coffee, unfortunately suffered an illness last year at the start of the growing season and his mobility was severely impacted. Seeing that their farther needed help on the farm, his three sons from the ages of 10 to 16, picked up the reigns and managed the whole growing season and harvest for their dad. Before harvest, World Coffee Research did a tour of Nicaraguan farms. They toured Don Antonio's farm and the Caturra that his boys grew and harvested scored among the highest brix count in the region. You'll find that high brix score in the cup as the coffee is a very sweet and chocolatey washed coffee. 

Sipping this coffee brings back memories of blending thick, chocolatey milkshakes on hot summer afternoons, the sweet aroma filling the kitchen and sticky fingers all around.
